My Mobile Mechanic, LLC is a mobile mower service and repair company that offers customers everything from minor tune-ups and maintenance to major overhauls, all done quickly and efficiently in their home by our knowledgeable, certified mechanics. Our customers never have to take their mower to the shop. The shop comes to them!

My Mobile Mechanic prides itself on its customer service. Our first-class service department has the best on-site service for mower equipment. Our goal to create a brand that means quality, great service and the most effective mobile mower care in the market is well under way. Our founder, John Helmer, has perfected the service model and service delivery process for the My Mobile Mechanic brand. He has also defined the marketing and business development models used to attract and generate interest in the services. In addition to residential customers, My Mobile Mechanic also works with many commercial clients including most major mower brands, and we intend to scale future opportunities for the benefit of our franchise investors.

Easy to get started
The My Mobile Mechanic franchise model is a work-from-home operation in most cases, allowing for a very low initial investment and a strong operating profit. It is operationally structured to run smoothly, with a small number of employees and a reasonable workload for an owner operator. Work flows, process management and franchisor experience in the field allow for the My Mobile Mechanic model to be replicated easily with the right franchise partners.

We grant an exclusive territory to each franchise owner in a defined area with a 150,000 population or within a 20 mile radius of the My Mobile Mechanic location, whichever is greater.

We provide three weeks of initial training  before franchisees open for business. Training covers operational, sales and marketing techniques, as well as on-the-job coaching in customer service. Periodic refresher training is subsequently provided by My Mobile Mechanic also offers operational support in business unit operations and maintenance, customer service techniques, product ordering, suggested pricing guidelines and administrative procedures. We also provide superb advertising and marketing strategies to help our franchisees bring in new business.
